🌿 Revive Tired Eyes, Restore Confidence

Dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines under the eyes are among the most common signs of fatigue and ageing. At Levitas Aesthetics, part of the Levitas Group, we specialise in Carboxytherapy — a scientifically proven, non-surgical method that restores oxygen, firmness, and luminosity to the delicate eye area.

Recognised as a leading centre for regenerative aesthetics across London and Surrey, and in collaboration with The HVN Knightsbridge, Levitas Aesthetics combines medical precision with regenerative science to produce subtle, natural, and long-lasting results.

Our clinical team are internationally recognised experts in regenerative medicine — presenting at conferences worldwide, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and teaching through Levitas Academy, our educational arm dedicated to advancing the science of aesthetics.

✳️ What Is Carboxytherapy?

Carboxytherapy involves the use of medical-grade carbon dioxide (CO₂) injected just beneath the skin. This harmless gas stimulates an increase in oxygen delivery and blood circulation, repairing the skin from within.

Key physiological benefits:

  • Increases oxygenation and nutrient delivery to tissues
  • Triggers collagen and elastin synthesis, improving firmness
  • Promotes lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness
  • Brightens and evens skin tone under the eyes
  • Smooths fine lines and crepey texture

The treatment revives tired eyes, softens shadows, and restores natural vitality — all without surgery.

⚕️ Our Signature Regenerative Protocol

At Levitas Aesthetics, we believe in multifactorial regeneration — addressing skin quality, hydration, and structure simultaneously. Our Signature Eye Regeneration Protocol integrates:

  • Carboxytherapy – Improves microcirculation and collagen formation.
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) – Uses your body’s growth factors to accelerate repair.
  • Exosomes – Deliver molecular signals that awaken dormant skin cells.
  • Polynucleotides – Deep hydration and tissue remodeling for long-lasting elasticity.

This carefully designed combination achieves a naturally refreshed, youthful appearance that strengthens with time.

Most clients resume daily activities immediately — a key benefit for busy professionals across Mayfair, Knightsbridge, and Surrey.

🧠 The Science Behind Carboxytherapy

Carboxytherapy utilises the Bohr Effect, where increased carbon dioxide encourages red blood cells to release oxygen more efficiently. This process enhances tissue oxygenation, cell metabolism, and collagen synthesis, resulting in visibly healthier, firmer skin.

At Levitas Aesthetics, all treatments are grounded in scientific evidence, clinical precision, and decades of experience within the Levitas Group.

FLU Vaccination

With the onset of Autumn it is now time to think about protection from flu this winter. Each year the flu vaccine changes according to the information obtained from worldwide surveillance as to which strains are felt to be the most likely to cause disease that year. This is why there is a need to revaccinate every year. There are 2 forms of vaccination- a live attenuated nasal spray and an inactivated injection. The at risk groups of people who are at greater risk from flu infection include: Pregnant women Those with chronic diseases including lung, heart, liver and kidney disease Those who have lowered immunity – due to high dose steroid treatment or cancer treatment Those who have had a stroke or TIA ( transient ischaemic attack) Those with a neurological condition Those who have had a spleen removed Those who are significantly overweight Others who should consider the flu vaccine include: All aged over 65 All those in a nursing or residential home The main carer for an older or disabled person A household contact of an immunocompromised person Frontline health or social care worker Children – both at risk and those covered by the school programme All […]

STOPTOBER – Stop smoking for October

Stoptober is an initiative from Public Health England to increase the number of smokers stopping for good. The tag line is that if you stop for 28 days, you are 5 times more likely to stop for good. According to figures from ASH (Action on Smoking and Health) in 2014: 20% of adult men and 17% of adult women are smokers, meaning there are 9.6 million adult smokers in the UK. The rates have halved since 1974 when 51% of men and 41% of women were smokers. The prevalence is highest in the 25-34 year age group and lowest in the over 60 age group. The rates are much higher amongst poorer people. 59% of all adults now report that they have never smoked. Two thirds of smokers start before the age of 18 despite it being illegal to sell cigarettes to anyone under 18. Use of tobacco is associated with an increased risk of certain cancers as well as heart disease. These cancers include lung, larynx (voice box), oesophagus (gullet), mouth and pharynx, bladder, pancreas, kidney, liver, stomach, bowel, cervix, leukaemia ( blood) and ovary. With the reduction in smoking, rates of lung cancer in males and oesophageal cancer […]

Plasma Rich Platelet Therapy

We are introducing a next generation injection procedure to our practice, which can help treat a range of orthopaedic conditions. Plasma Rich Platelet therapy, essentially accelerates and aids the healing of injured tissues over the body by first taking blood from the patient. This gets placed in a machine to separate the blood into the different types of blood cells and further separate the platelet rich part to be mixed with local anaesthetic. This is prepared in an injection to be injected into the area of the injury. Conditions that we can treat: Tennis Elbow Knee Arthritis Plantar Fasciitis Tendinitis Bursitis Rotator Cuff Tears Shoulder Arthritis Golfer’s Elbow Impingement Syndrome Of The Shoulder The Benefits: Your own blood is used therefore there is no risk of any disease transmission. May eliminate the needs for more aggressive treatments, such as long term medication or surgery. A remarkable return of function to the injured area. Shorter recovery times. How does it work? Blood is a lot more than just a red liquid running through your arteries and vessels, it is in fact a very complex tissue. It contains six different types of cells all of which have different functions varying from carrying […]
